A legal disclaimer

Right to Withdrawal from Purchase, Goods ReturnA buyer who orders products from the online store PAPRIKA.si (www.paprika.si) can, in the event that they are dissatisfied with the ordered products or wish to withdraw from the contract (purchase) for any reason, notify the company within 15 days of receiving the product (in writing or by email to: office@gmp.si) that they are withdrawing from the contract, without the need to specify the reason for their decision. Subsequently, within 15 days of the notification, the buyer must send the goods to the company in an unchanged quantity and undamaged (to the address: GMP d.o.o., Pameče 42, 2380 Slovenj Gradec).

 

Even if the goods are returned within 15 days of receiving them, this is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. Within 14 days of receiving the returned undamaged and flawless products, the buyer will be refunded all payments made without the need for the buyer to request it. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund Policy - the basics

The buyer must inform the company of the withdrawal from the contract with an unambiguous statement, clearly indicating the decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal statement must be sent within the specified withdrawal period. The message is considered timely if the shipment is dispatched within the deadline.

The buyer covers the costs incurred in returning the goods. The returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The buyer must include a copy of the invoice with the return.

Complaint
The buyer can file a complaint about the goods if the goods do not have the properties explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color, or in any way deviating from the buyer's order. The buyer can file a complaint within 14 days of purchase and request an immediate replacement for the same, flawless item or within the legally specified period and under the conditions for asserting a complaint due to a material defect.

In the case of a complaint, the buyer can, in accordance with legal limitations, request a replacement of the item, its repair, or a refund. In the latter case, the seller reserves the right to charge rent for the time the buyer used the goods, but not exceeding the amount by which the market value of the item decreased during its use.

The buyer can return the goods for a complaint either by bringing them in person or by returning them at their own expense through a pre-arranged agreement with the seller. Another form of return at our expense is not possible. Shipments with cash on delivery are not accepted!

Return of Damaged Shipments
In the event that the package is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of tampering, the buyer must initiate a complaint process with the delivery service currently used. This is done by informing us of the incident (via email to office@gmp.si), and we will explain the further complaint process with the current delivery service. To process a complaint about damage, it is necessary to retain the original packaging and protection (the package in the same condition as received, without adding, removing, or changing anything) and then prepare a Report on the Damaged Shipment with the delivery service. A receipt is also required for the complaint. Together with the delivery service, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.

 

Important
When returning an item for a complaint or warranty to the seller, you must include a copy of the invoice.
If the package was sent through the Post of Slovenia or a parcel service provider, you must request/fill out a Report on the Damaged Shipment with them.

We recommend using a delivery service that allows tracking the shipment and adequately preparing the goods for transport (secure packaging).
The sender always covers the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Shipments with cash on delivery are not accepted.
If you are claiming a warranty, you will receive the repaired goods fastest by claiming the warranty directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service.
