Shipping Policy

The www.paprika.si online store conducts deliveries through Pošta Slovenije (Post of Slovenia).

Shipping costs amount to €3.00 for payment by bank transfer or PayPal. Shipping is free for purchases over €50.00.

Note: All terms and packaging and delivery costs apply only within the Republic of Slovenia. For deliveries to other countries, delivery costs are charged according to the courier company's price list. The customer is also responsible for any duties in countries outside Slovenia.

If an order is placed on a working day by 4:00 PM and the products are in stock, the shipment can be dispatched the next working day. The shipment usually arrives the day after being sent to the post office. Products not in stock have a delivery time of 2-8 weeks, depending on the nature of the product.

The sale and delivery of goods are possible only within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. By agreement, goods can be delivered abroad, but for the exact postage cost for individual EU or non-EU countries, please contact us at office@gmp.si.
